Returns & Refunds
LIVESTOCK POLICY:
COURIER SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR LIVESTOCK (local delivery available upon request & must be booked - please contact.)
ALL LIVESTOCK TO BE COLLECTED FROM BOGNOR REGIS PO21 ONLY.
A MINIMUM of 2 x CHICKENS or DUCKS must be ordered.
A MINIMUM of 3 x QUAILS must be ordered (this excludes sexed adults)
DIFFERENT SPECIES CANNOT BE MIXED TO MAKE A PAIR (e.g. 1 x chick, 1 x duckling)
DIFFERENT AGES CANNOT BE MIXED TO MAKE A PAIR (e.g. (1-3 week old, 3+ week old)
Breeds can be mixed and matched in your order, but species and ages CANNOT.
(mixed order example: 1 x Cayuga duckling, 1 x Aylesbury duckling - same age)
Orders containing the purchase of a lone/single animal(s), or that do not adhere to purchasing policy as stated above, will be cancelled and refunded.
PLEASE NOTE - ALL OF OUR LIVESTOCK IS SOLD AS UNSEXED, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
After placing a livestock order, please wait for a confirmation email, enclosed will be details on how to arrange collection. Cash, PayPal & all major credit/debit cards are accepted for collected orders.
COURIER ORDER POLICY:
After placing a courier delivery order, please wait for your confirmation email.
You will receive an additional email upon dispatch of your order, this will contain your parcel tracking number (we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working days from the date the order is placed.)
Paypal and all major credit/debit cards accepted.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at knighthatchery@gmail.com to obtain a return form and postage label - return shipping charges are paid for by us.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return.
Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item, to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your credit/debit card company and method of payment used when placing your order.
EXCEPTIONS - the following items cannot be returned:
Livestock
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a return and refund.
PLEASE NOTE -
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Death of livestock after collection or delivery is not covered by our return and refund policy.
